Led by someone who made the shift.
I spent decades in corporate marketing and executive search, advising senior women through career decisions. Then I made my own.
I built Liberty & Co. because I wanted a roadmap I could have used. Now I help other women do the same: take what they've already earned and build something that actually fits their life.
I work from wherever I am. My dog Archie comes too.
